Even though I don’t create logos, I do like to create 3d illustrations and renderings of them. The 3d Apple logo illustrations below represent my take on this iconic mark. As always, please feel free to use any of these images for your own personal projects. All I ask is that you link back directly to this page. Thanks – and enjoy!
Chrome and glass 3d Apple logos
Note: The entire series is based around a simple hard-edged glass and metal Apple logo posing with a variety of different objects.
Set #1: Technology concepts
It only seems fitting to kick off this series showing the logo in a variety of situations depicting “tech” concepts. Right?
Set #2: Business concepts
The following set is similar as above. It features a variety of business-related objects placed on or next to the same glossy metallic 3d Apple logo.
Set #3: Security and privacy concepts
Apple has long been known to support user privacy (and security) above all else. Except for money of course (duh). The following series of illustrations highlights that focus on privacy.
Set #4: Real estate & construction concepts
The next batch of Apple logo illustrations features concepts based around the idea of construction and real estate. To be honest, I’m not really sure how this brand has any relationship to real estate – but the construction concept is perfectly valid IMHO. I mean, not only does Apple build things, but we as consumers build things with Apple products as well.
I’m sorta hoping that the kind folks at Apple will be so proud of me for making these logos that they’ll send me a shiny new Mac Pro or something. Wouldn’t that be nice?
Set #5: Miscellaneous concepts
The following batch of images features the same multi-layered metallic Apple logo that I’ve been using above, posing with a variety of random objects that don’t fit into any particular category.
Set #6: Dark transparent Apple logo set
This is what I called the “dark series.” These transparent Apple logos are made of a black glass texture and the environment they sit in is very dark. Strong lights from the side create a mysterious vibe, which…I quite like, thank you very much.
What do you think so far? I’m really diggin’ the way the texture of that blue handicap logo rendered, and I may find a way to incorporate that into some of my other work as well. It took a long time to get that texture right, but it was worth it!
Remember: I’m giving the lower-resolution versions of these illustrations away totally free of charge. Download and use however you wish!
My name is Scott, and I graduated from the College for Creative Studies (Detroit, MI) in 1996 with a bachelors degree in Industrial Design.
I have an extensive background in both 2D and 3D illustration. These days, I spend a majority of my time creating aircraft templates and airliner art. I’m basically an airplane dork.
Wow very cool illustrations you have a lot of skill. -thumbsup
Thanks Ricky! I appreciate the compliments. 🙂
Great Effort thanks to you
